Vsat - low bandwidth from date of installation

I have been a iburst subscriber for over ten years. Iburst used to be the market leaders in bandwidth. <br> <br> Last year I upgraded to Vsat uncapped. From the day the dish was installed the bandwidth has never been what has been promised, My company has dealings with Google and I cannot even log into a Video hangout meeting as the bandwidth is too low. web pages load very<br> <br> In addition I was offered a VOIP phone connection. Despite numerous calls, visits to their call centre in Bryanston and repeated promises by smiling staff I have still not got this after 11 months.<br> <br> Many many calls to the call centre come up with nothing regarding the low bandwidth, I keep getting told \on our side everything is fine".
