Very Bad service!!!

I had a problem with my Wi FI, I Tried to call the technical support, It cost me a lot of money on a 30 min call, holding, and listen to music and NO ONE ANSWER OR HELP. Very upset. Still no help from Iburst!!!<br> Want to cancel my contract after olmost 6 Years
