Useless Internet provider

For the last two weeks my internet service has been intermittent. More off than on. It just freezes randomly. I do about all my work online. NO-ONE can work like this. E-mails take days to get responded to and then ****py advice is given. The problem is NOT on my side...it is their **** AVAILABILITY!
