Unused Data Not Carried Over

I've been out of the country for the past 2 months and have obviously not used my internet.<br> <br> I've contacted support regarding my 2 months data (10gb/month daytime data as unused midnight to morning doesn't get carried over) not been carried over and still have had no reply. Their site has also undergone a redesign and now I cannot now see my summary report anymore which I've also contacted them about and haven't had any response.<br> <br> I received an email saying that they've received my query but havent heard anything since then. It's almost week now!<br> <br> Come on guys
