Terrible customer care service when trying to get something cancelled!!!!

<p>Stay away from Iburst, they are *******!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>When phoning in to get my account cancelled, after sending emails to their helpdesk and infodesk for 6 months with no help, they are so rude, cannot speak to customers and talk over you when you try to explain what is going on, utterly disgusted at how they treat their clients poor poor poor!!!!!!!</p> <p>why do they have email adresses on the invoice to make use of, but when you do use it iburst just ignores you.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>stay away from them they really just want to ***** your money and when its time to change they trwat you like nothing, really sad!!!!</p>
