Technical support impossible to contact

I have been an iburst customer for 10 years. I simply cannot get through to the technical support in the evenings. It is the only time I am at my home PC and therefore the only time I can be guided through help. And then at 8pm after 40 minutes listening to the same music...the call is terminated. Good heavens if you want to sell an Internet service then you have to SUPPORT your clients. Is There an ombudsman that I can contact?<br> so for 2 months I have been unable to use my laptop for any web based functions...no email and no browsing. You guys are.....USELESS!!!!!!
