Technical assistance with ISP

I have been trying to reset my internet password, but there seems to be a problem. I messaged I-burst via Facebook two days ago. They came back via 'messaging' that WAYNE would call. He did call and left a message at my office. I tried to return the call by phoning the 087 number however I could not get through. I them messaged them again yesterday stating that I could not get through to the 087 number. This morning I was promised at 06h43 via messaging that someone would phone me. I rep**** ad 08h47 that someone must phone me IMMEDIATELY as I would be out of office as of 10h00. No one has yet phoned me.
