Sh*ttest service ever

1stly this is my 1st time with Iburst and I will never ever in my entire life get another Iburst account or even recommend this sh*t to anyone, it took me a week to get an account as no-one in sales ever answers their phone, but to collect fees they would call you at 19h00pm,finally I got the unit and set the unit up in my branch in Krugersdorp, just to find out that the connection sucks, we had to add an antenna which worked for 1 day...now this is where the problem lies, every time I connect to head office through VPN tunnel the line drops thus no connection to the internet or Headoffice, I tried explain this to Iburst's so called \Tech Department"where the \"" Technician\"" was arrogant and treated the call with no sense of Customer service or support..ive been in the call centre industry for 6yrs plus and for a company such as Iburst having employee's like would only lead to your downfall. I asked for a supervisor to call me back I am not confident that would happen.<br> <br> I say again I will never recommend Iburst to anyone nor will I renew my contract with Iburst"
