Renewal of contract

I received a mail from Ravesh Haripersad stating that my iburst was up for renewal in November 2014. I rep**** to the mail stating that I will not be continuing with the service provided and that it must be cancelled. I have now been struggling for months to get the debit cancelled. Every call made to the admin centre ends in non cancellation with promises that a consultant will get back to me. The one time I actually got hold of someone they told me that I renewed my contract telephonically, which is an utter lie. I requested the voice file, and yet again i was told someone will call me. To date no feedback had been received. Yet Another great example of service manipulation and trying to stop leaking clients leaving the terrible products offered by this company, Can someone please get back to me to resolve this?
