POOR UPLOAD AND DOWNLOAD SIGNALS AND SPEED

For the last 6mnths I battle with IBURST do have 2 usb modems and my internet connection do run on 0 to 13 upload and download speed most of the time and I need to re-connect the modem at least 20 times a day with a struggle to receive signals.I did take pictures,emailed and called them several times with no response.I now not going to pay my account for December 2015 due to no service delivery.The technician also told me a attenna will not work.I phoned them so many times and now the retention department ask for ref numbers I never received but they do have all my emails to them as a buffer.Please do not even consider using IBURST it is just one more stressing element we do not need and you must pay for such non performing internet connection.
