POOR SERVICE

<p>I have a 150 MB router meaning that I need a line that sends out 20MB per second, however I’m only receiving 1MB per second at this stage. I phoned the iBurst Technicians to resolve the problem, but the only feedback I received was; that the problem is with iBurst itself and that you apologize for the inconvenience caused.</p> <p>So I am now paying for data which I cannot use as it doesn’t even want to download a whatsapp image nor video that I receive. I cannot do updates and the internet is so slow that it takes 3 to 5 minutes to open a Google homepage. This is unacceptable!</p> <p> </p>
