Poor Customer Service

I have never had to complain about iburst before,until the last few months.I get a daily e-mail advising me of my daily data usage.In Jan 2015 filed a complaint about data usage.customer center kept calling me when I called back got nowhere.cant remember which month it was but didnt get e-mails for the whole month,they said it was a problem they were trying to sort out.Now sent e-mail 1/6 again no response,resnt 5/6 still no response,resent 18/6,got reply wanting my acc no,ID no and modem number which they should have their system..I rep**** on 19/6 still no response.
