Pathetic client service

<p>Fed up with Iburst lack of interest toward their clients password safety. My email address has been compromised in some way, and my email address is spamming all of my clients and Im losing business because my clients mail servers are blocking my emails. After numerous correspondences with iburst about me changing my pass word, they eventually said they can only change my password if they do it on their side. This is not acceptable as if they change it then my new password will still be out there to use. And it wouldn’t surprise me in the least bit if they are handing out their clients passwords to spammers. Seeing as the spamming mostly started just after I cancelled my iburst internet connection but kept my email address.</p>
