Ongoing iBurst Connectivity Problems

Have you ever experienced such BAD connectivity with iBurst? The ISP support is non-existent to say the least... One cannot work on selective e-mails sending and receiving, as it is a poor reflection on the business one runs.

Could FINALLY someone accepts accountability and rectify the endless server, connectivity, fibre issues.
