Not Carrying Forward Unused Monthly Data

On 1st of May 2015, I had 8,192 MB's that should have been carried over. This was not done. I contacted iburst immediately, but to date, this data has not been added back to my Account.<br> <br> On 1st August, when I received my Daily Report, it showed that at 4.25 a.m., I had already used 1,192 MB's of data ! This is totally impossible because I had not been on the computer in the early hours of the 1st of August and even if I had, it should have come out of the \Midnight to Morning"data usage.<br> <br> I have now been forced to purchase more data from iburst"
