No wifi reception

I have been struggling to get wifi reception from Iburst. I have been using Iburst for over 18 months and this issue has been persisting for the past 2 months. I am unable to get technical assistance, whenever I call they put me on hold for over 15mins with no response. Have tried to get a hold of them for over a month with no luck
