No Solution No Communication No Service

We are tied into a 2 year Skyburst contract that works at snails pace sometimes or not at all. This makes it impossible to do banking payments or SARS transactions without being timed out.<br> Numerous complaints fall on deaf ears and the only answer we have had is that someone sold us the wrong solution if we wnt it rectified we will ahve to pay for new site surveys and new contracts even suspending payment hasn't provoked a response.
