No Service and No Service helpdesk assistance

iBurst is BAD!!! For close on two months I am battling to with slow and no internet speeds and there are no helpdesk or technical assistance to remedy the problem. For the 1st few weeks mails was sent to advice what the problem is with minimal feedback and then it all stopped with no feedback and call backs as promised. <br> <br> Anyone reading this take note that iBurst service and internet service SUCKS please do not use them.
