No Service

It is disgracing that iburst is so slow you can't download anything. Other company it takes second to download you email but not Iburst it take anything up to 20 minutes just to get in. I phoned Iburst and they couldn't be any ruder to me, they must send their customer service staff to a trading school to learn this trade, bad mannered, unhelpful, know nothing and the best of all is I will get someone to contact you later today. Managers do not take phone call as they are far too busy (doing what I don't know) and don't have time for the customers. What am I paying for as I am not getting a service.
