NO SERVICE

My modem broke and when I went to Iburst H/O I was told they no longer make the modem and I have to buy some desk top thing which is almost R3 000.00. My contact is for a modem and I was not informed of the product change. Iburst does not care about client services, their service line just rings and they NEVER answer emails
