NO reply after query, complaint, phonecalls etc

I have been trying since December to buy a WI-FI router from you and I have had NO luck speaking to ANYBODY in two months!! I hold on forever, to no avail, eventually I sent an email, saying PLEASE contact me, and I get an email back to phone your help desk.... WHAT PART OF I CANNOT GET YOU GUYS ON THE PHONE do you not get?? This is the worst service I have ever had from any company, my contract is coming up for renewal in a couple of months and it can assure you I will be cancelling!!<br>
