No idea what service should be

<p>for the last time, i have requested that my account be cancelled, as i do not receive any service at all, i have requested statements to see if i am behind on payments, i did not get it, i sent three requests to have it cancelled and yet no response, all i get is a read email with no further correspondence. I want this sorted out as i am sick of iburst, useless people work there it would seem </p>
