No Email Delivery

Iburst is the worst email service provider in history!!!<br> <br> Every two weeks or so my email stops coming in.... People then complain that my email address is not functional because they get Undeliverable reports. i have logged issues numerous times and have asked that someone contact me regarding this - but to no avail<br> <br> IBURST IS USELESS!!!
