NO ANSWER FOR REQUESTS

I have been with I burst for 2 months, my wi fi is still not set up. I have spent a lot of money calling and being on hold with their call centre only to be told there is problem, and a technician will need to call me. He called last week Monday 4 May, however we experienced load shedding, after numerous emails requesting someone to call me back no one has called or even rep**** to emails! Disgusting service, seeing as I paying for something that doesn't work properly!
