Mpho from Sales and Migration team

<p>I spoke to Mpho who was as condescending as hell and she transferred my call to Gift.He promised that I will be phoned back and I am still waiting.This was on monday.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned again yesterday and the same Mpho took my call and after realizing that it was me tried to put me throught to Gift.The call just rang and went to voicemail.</p> <p>Phoned again and this time spoke to another agent.He confirmed that Kagiso and Protea Glen had a problem in connecting via the modem.I drove to Glen and tried to login but couldn still.I am still unable to login and the problem started on Sat.Has my account been cancelled without me knowledge.I thought this ws only going to take place end of August.</p> <p>This is the worst service from your company,Mpho and Gift.Will I get for a refund for this?</p>
