Most pathetic service provider in South Africa

I can't believe this. I pay for a service but ...<br> Every time you try contacting the call centre your have wait over an hour for a response. I am on the phone for 56 minutes now . Regret taking a contract with this useless service provider. Biggest mistake. Can't wait for my contract to end. Pathetic.<br>
