Lack of support or care for my WiFi 10mbs issues

Lack of support or care for my WiFi 10mbs issues. My connection constantly lags out and pauses every minutes. This is cuasing major issues with online video and gaming. I have mailed Russell, Henry and support and no one bothered to phone me or reply. I am seriously not happy but not getting customer service and people ignoring me. I am close to cancelling my iburst account I have had for many years and go for Telkom LET Advance.
