JUST USELESS IN ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

why phone or email to cancel month to month contract when you guys do not do it. Then I still get billed for it??? And why does your department phone me and tell me sorry for the inconvenience but guess what,yesterday I get billed again for an item I have not used in like 3months. I do not know how you operate but I know this is not a legit way of taking a person money directly from the bank. I can name the person who is involved in this matter but id rather not shame just yet. . .I want feedback via email still today as i DO NOT TRUST YOUR WORD VIA TELEPHONE.
