INTERNET DOWNLOAD SPEED

I'm simply fed up with the extreme slow download speed of Iburst...it takes me 35 minutes to log into gmail, and 12 minutes to log into Hellopeter to lodge my complaint. Iburst is simply unusable slow.....due to an obvious lack of band-with and over crowding of the current band-with, i.e. to many customers using Iburst at the same time and a to narrow band-with.....enough is enough.....I pay for a service which is unusable...when I was with Vodacom I paid more for less GB, but at least I had access to internet at and reasonable download speed, now I'm paying less for apparently more GB, but cannot get access thereto due to poor and very slow download speed...time to kick Iburst ass as this simply cannot continue.
