INCORRECT BILING

Good day.<br> <br> I pay Iburst by EFT and email the proof to iburst - accounts department. Every month my account show an arrears amount for the past three months. After numerous phone calls and emails, Iburst did not respond to our inquiry regarding our incorrect statements. Even after the proof of payments sent again in January 2015 the account is still in arrears. This company is not serious about client service.
