Impossible to get hold of Sales on renewal

I emailed Iburst twice with no response, created a ticket on your website but when i try and look at the ticket it just keeps on loading and i cant see the status of the ticket, and called the call center twice and was on hold both times for more than 30 minutes.<br> <br> All i want to do is downgrade my contract as its due for renewal this month. Im sick of there pethetic service and will cancel the debit order at the bank if Im not contacted within the time period before my contract expires. <br> <br> Kind regards<br> Stephen
