Ibust does not give a danm

I renewed my contract last year September. I said I don't need a modem as my is still working but will notify the if I am in need. 1 month later I emailed them, 2,3,4 and so on. I have sent email after email. NO RESPONSE. When renewing the contract I stated that I will EFT or make cash payment. They went ahead and submitted it to my old bank account, costing me almost R1000 on returned debit order. After phoning several times and finally they put a debit order onto my new account and also a further R30 each month due to debit order not going through. I have interrupted internet service at on state for 4 days no internet. Yet my money is deducted. There ad states R178 pm if you don't take a modem but they add another 14% tax ??? After 8 months they call me and say I can get a modem at R40.00 extra. Hellooooo that is not what they offered. When refusing I was told they are out of stock?? For the last 8 months. I was apparently sent an email. I have asked to forward that email to me again, still waiting. Panda (security) was offered, 3 mths trail. Double payment was taken no Panda. After I did research I had to activate it. Never received 1 email to confirm this. They are pathetic
