IBURST - UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND TERMINATION WITHOUT NOTICE

<p>My company hire a email from Iburst. Yesterday we still used the email address. Without any notice. They terminate the email address as they do not offer that service anymore and we have to take out a package to get an email address.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I did phone iburst - but no-one can help me as they did (according to them) send a email (not an iburst email) to tell us the address will be terminated. They send it to an address that is not active. Why not send to the iburst email as well? No sorry the manager told me that they did send it and that is it! </p> <p> </p> <p>O my goodness - this is so unprofessional. What to do now? Legalwise I want to go and find out what my rights is. I did send an email and still no reply from Iburst at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please people - DO NOT USE IBURST - THEY DROP YOU.
