iBurst speed dismal, call centre uninformed

I tried to download an update for my application and seen that the estimated time for 173Mb is 16h!<br> The speed of iBurst wireless is permanently around 0.3Mbps. This takes the cake.<br> I phoned iBurst and got the usual evasive excuses of \we are aware of the problem". It is persisting for some 3 months"
