Iburst Sales Department never reply or answer call

I have been trying to get hold of someone in the sales department from Monday<br> i have sent an email EVERYDAY and i have tried to call EVERYDAY, i hold for over 30minutes each time and there is never an answer<br> <br> Either you guys are short staffed or making too much money to worry about getting new clients
