Iburst not providing service I have been paid for

I have been trying since Friday to get this resolved.<br> My service has been cut off despite the fact that I am on an uncapped service.<br> Iburst also failed to carry over the bandwidth I had left over last month.<br> They do not answer their phones or emails and now even don't respond on Facebook.<br> BUT they are very quick to sent out the next invoice!!<br> I want my service restored TODAY and while you're at it you can refund me for the lost access.
