IBURST NIGHTMARE

I transferred ownership of a friend's Iburst over to me. First I got stranded for a week without internet, and every day promises that it would be sorted.<br> <br> Now I have internet, but it seems they have neglected to change the account details and still bill my friend for my internet account. I cannot understand why you have to fill in a lengthy form, submit three month's bank statements and they still kind of missed the fact that transfer of ownership should go hand in hand with a change of banking details.<br> <br> I tried to phone the billing department, and 5 times reached Mpho who tried to put me through to the billing department without any success. Eventually I had to ask for an email address to forward my complaint.<br> <br> My advice: DO NOT TRANSFER OWNERSHIP! Just get a new account, or go somewhere else where you can walk in and walk out and be connected.
