iBurst - Hosting and Domain Management - what the?

iBurst only package Domains and Hosting together. The ONLY company in the world to CANCEL your email hosting when you transfer the Domain Management to another company. There is no warning that they will do this, and there is no technical reason what so ever that they do this. I have worked with plenty of other companies where this is not linked. So I now have no email at all until they complete the domain transfer. Complete amateurs. The short sightedness amazes me, and I will ensure my entire network know about this useless organisation. To top it all off, they took over a week to approve the transfer - complete technical incompetence - and a reason to use international competition instead.
