iburst gone dark?

On Sunday 3 May 15 my iburst isp would not authenticate. I called the call centre at 19:20 and was on hold for about 20 min. I then decided to leave a voice message but was cut off. I then decided to sent them an email. But that also came back undelivered. I then tried to get on their site just to double check if the details I had was correct but the website was down. Now I ask you with tears in my eyes. What happened to service delivery? ???
