Iburst Connection

<p>I never ever struggled with my connection but recently I have been struggeling with my connection for days now. Even when it's clear skies I have no signal then all goes well for a few days then again no signal. Whenever you phone the call centre they tell you to buy an external arial and that would rectify the problem but what I don't understand is that I will have 100% signal for days and then all of a sudden nothing for days. They are quick to debit your account but can't fix your problems instead trying to sell you extra useless stuff.</p>
