Iburst and LTE-A left customers out to dry

I signed up to migrate to iburst's new LTE-A service in December 2016 and to keep my email, in July 2017; I never received confirmation of either. I keep on receiving general notices IF you joined then this,and IF NOT then that...but no confirmation of my status for already joining. The coverage area has not reached my address yet though it is very close, but now the coverage map is unavailable and it says offers have closed. What about us who ALREADY signed up but still don't have coverage and confirmation? What about the email-migration we signed up for but hear no news of? This complaint is not about terminating dependable iburst service, this complaint is about the unfriendly migration to LTE-A. My contract is W ********** and I have written to iburst repeatedly, no response yet to specific questions.
