Getting No help with Iburst from Monday

i have a deal with iburst for WIFI, i have moved to a new place where signal is low and contacted Mpho regarding this and he suggested i get an external antenna, which i paid R670 for. I am now trying to get some contact numbers for technicians in durban that i can speak to regarding the fiment of the external antenna, Mpho has stopped replying to me, facebook person has said they have escalated my request, when i called the lady said she will get back to me...what do i do now??? all i want is contact details for someone to come and connect my antenna!! they were very wuick to take my money for the antenna though!!
