Freaken useless

I ordered a package through one of your sales consultants Mpho Malatjie, who does not respond to any emails, I suppose because he already made the sale. I was told if I order Thursday I will get it friday and so I did. Today is Tuesday and I have not received the modem. How long does it take to process, you are not the only wireless provider and I am more than welcome to go with Telkom instead. If I do not receive the modem today I would like it cancelled, You have no business sense.
