False promises en False advertising

I Logged a few complaints on [Email Removed] in connection with a issue regarding signal in my area after they have told me the area I stay in is covered. I also made phone calls and I was told the towers are off due to load shedding, once the towers is up and running I WILL HAVE SIGNAL.<br> a Person by the name of Donovan phoned me on 30/04/2015 at 9:30 in the morning and promised to get back to me on Wednesday the 6th of May to let me know what he had sorted out for me.<br> up until now, i have not had any response from Iburst what so ever. It is unacceptable and needs to be adressed. I have all my leteers I mailed to them. <br> Something needs to get done....any advice please
