Emails not working - Terrible service even from management
<p>I have been with IBurst for over 10 years and i have to admit their services are going from bad to worse. Ever since i moved my package to an uncapped data every now and then i have a problem of sending emails. Today when i called in the lady in customer service has asked me if i asked the people i sent my emails to if it is not in their junk that is after i waited for 30min for my call to be answred. Do you think i wouldnt have asked those people to check their emails. How stupid of her? Since she couldnt help me and this has been an ongoing problem, i asked to be transferred to management. This took another 15min before management to answer. Peter Erian took my call i told him this call is going to get cut on the outset because of airtime. He then took my acc no which W ********** the call got cut. Peter doesnt have the decency to call me back i dont know what they have done i cannot go into my emails at all. i want to get out of my contract how can i do this.</p>
I was going to say how happy I was after putting iburst in hello peter I received a call from them. But the now it's 16:37 and I haven't received further comeback from them. When they called me earlier they told me the emails will take longer to go out because there is a delay. What nonsense is this because when I called this morning no one told me that. Phenyo then called me and was very helpfull he told me he will call me back at 16:00 he hasn't called as yet. I cannot use my emails at all now.
