Data Usage

On the 1.5.2015 my account showed data usage of 5284mb which is impossible for day one.<br> 3.5.2015 Phoned logged a ticket spoke to a lady who has to contact the technicians.<br> 4.5.2015 Sent an email explaining the whole situation - no response<br> 5.5.2015 Sent another email<br> 7.5.2015 Received an email thanking me for contacting them and working on problem. I responded.<br> 10.5.2015 Sent another email attaching the first one<br> 10.5.2015 Received email explaining problems with data usage and working on problem<br> 11.5.2015 I was asked to complete customer survey???<br> 13.5.2015 Received email asking for a code number???<br> And this is without all the intermittent phoning.<br> <br> Please try and help
