Cancellation fees

The cancellation fees are exorbitant and are not clearly shown on the contract that a customer signs. There is no specific amount or specific percentage given. I feel this is **********. Because only when you cancel the contract they tell you the cancellation fee is 35% of the contract value plus a huge amount for the hardware. This is also unfair because you pay for the hardware, but they take it back and probably re-sell it to another customer, but you have to pay them to take it back. Is this not **********? Then when you query it, absolutely NO-ONE will assist. I paid over R4000 to cancel my I-burst contract. I had to take out a loan to pay them. Now I have to pay interest on the loan - so it's actually more than R4000. I feel so dirty after dealing with iburst. I will never have any dealings with them again. I urge all of their customers to be very careful when dealing with them - in my opinion they rip innocent people off. Is this is how they make their money?
