Canceling service

My full 2 year had expired, to try and improve the speed of the service I decided to get a antenna and splitter, and told the guy I don't want a new 2 year contract I want month to month and just pay off the antenna and the splitter.<br> <br> I the contacted Iburst to cancel my connection they then tell me I have a 2 year contract I said no I don't they the said they would check the tapes, I then stopped the debit order at fnb, no one person contacted me at all the the debit almost 1900 off my bank account. <br> <br> I am tired of the shot service these companies offer. I have not used Iburst service since getting my adsl this year in February. <br> <br> One of the reasons I had to cancel was that the data center in Gallo mannor where my hostinserver and email is kept disappearing off there network every time I call in the evening when it happen I get told I have to wait till tomorrow.. That too late for me.. The service is not full filling my needs so it has to be ended.
