Can't cancel account

<p>Been trying to get hold of an assistant via phone and 4 different email addresses for the past 45 days to cancel my month-month contract due to zero coverage at our new premises. The phone numbers for accounts, technical and sales departments just rings and rings, and I tend to give up after about 10-12 minutes of holding. I've forwarded numerous emails regarding my situation even rep**** this morning to ********** whom emailed me last night, trying to get payment for a service I have cancelled via email without any luck. My last call now lasted 8.40 minutes and as soon as I though I got through was cancelled from their side. If I had to run my business the way Iburst is run, I wouldn't have a business..</p>
