Can never ever get through to anyone
<p>I am trying to get thorugh to someone at Technical, holding on for ever to get through to someone, nothing changed concerning the holding on for ever. I have now called over 5 times.</p>

I am shocked that every time you try and call Iburst, you can never ever get through to anyone, this is a ongoing concern I have raised over and over, to date I have not seen any improvement.
